Terms of use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Axir service and the website at axir360.com. Axir is operated by Edzest Education Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., Sy. No. 42, Dinne Anjaneyaswamy Temple Road, Haralur, Bengaluru 560102, India (“Axir”, “we”). By using Axir you agree to them. If you use Axir for an institute, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
The Axir service
Axir lets trainers and institutes (“institutes”) run online programmes: cohorts, recordings, courses, tests and exams, practice, events and progress tracking. Students use Axir with the institute that enrolled them. Axir is in early access: features may change and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Provide accurate information.
Institutes and their students
An institute decides who it enrols and what content it publishes, and is responsible for that content, for having the right to use it, and for any consent it needs to collect from its students or their guardians. Axir processes students’ information on the institute’s behalf as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Use Axir lawfully. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share; do not copy, record or share course videos, recordings or exam questions outside what the institute allows; do not try to disrupt Axir, gain unauthorised access, share your account, or attempt to read another institute’s data. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Our content and yours
The Axir name, logo, software, text and design belong to us (or our licensors); you may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Content that institutes and students add to Axir stays theirs. They give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for them.
Fees
Axir is free during early access. If we introduce fees we will agree them with institutes before charging.
Ending your use
You can stop using Axir at any time, and an institute can ask us to close its account and delete its data. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms, or to protect the service or other people.
No warranty and limits
Axir and this website are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the service in the previous 12 months (or, if none, INR 10,000). Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Descriptions of features on this website, and its illustrative previews, are intentions and sketches, not guarantees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to go to court elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters we will tell institutes by email. The date above shows when they last changed.
