Your first batch, step by step.

Create your institute workspace.

Create your account and institute. Add your institute name, time zone and brand details. You become the administrator of the institute you create.

Use the time zone your team works in so your programme is easier to organise.

Set up your first batch.

Open Cohorts in the app and choose New cohort. A cohort is a batch of students taking a programme together.

Add a batch name and select or create its programme. You can also add dates and a seat limit, then choose Create cohort.

Bring your students in.

Open your batch and choose Sign-up links. Keep I approve each registration selected if you want to review who joins, then choose Create link. Copy the new link while it is shown and share it with students.

Review pending registrations in the Students tab. You can also invite students individually or import a CSV or Excel file with Name and Email columns.

Add learning material and assessments.

In Courses, start a course, add its lessons, choose the cohorts that can take it and publish when it is ready.

For batch recordings, open the Recordings tab and upload a video. Once processing is complete, use Visible to students to share it.

Create and assign a test or mock exam when you want to check understanding. For live sessions, share your meeting link through an event; the class takes place through your meeting provider.

Review what needs attention.

After students begin learning and complete assessments, review activity on the dashboard and open your batch’s Progress tab.

Use results and weak areas to discuss follow-up with your teachers. Course completion shows lessons completed; assessment results provide a separate view of understanding.
