How it works
From a new course to a growing institute.
Four steps that repeat as you grow: launch, check, practise and assess, then see and act.
In brief
Four steps, repeated as you grow.
- LaunchCreate the course, open a batch and share a sign-up link.
- CheckWe check the course covers everything before students start.
- Practise & assessStudents learn, practise, revise and take tests.
- See & actReview every batch and student, then act on the results.
Step 1 · Launch
Create the course and open a batch.
Organise modules and lessons, add recordings and knowledge checks, schedule live classes, and share a sign-up link.

Step 2 · Check
We check it covers everything.
The Axir team and platform checks review the course for missing topics, lessons without checks and assessments that do not match what is taught.
What we check
- Every syllabus topic has a lesson
- Every lesson has a knowledge check
- Assessments match what is taught
- Lessons are complete and ready to publish
Step 3 · Practise & assess
Students learn, practise and take assessments.
Students work through lessons, answer knowledge checks, practise and revise, then take tests. Each result becomes a clear next step.

Step 4 · See & act
See every batch and student, then act.
Teachers and owners review progress, difficult topics and who needs support, and use guidance to improve and reach more students.
